Clinic Information

ccCHiP provides three community clinics for cardiometabolic assessment of those with enduring psychotic illnesses. In addition - in collaboration with our partner the Woolcock Sleep Research Institute (link) - we run an Obstructive Sleep Apnoea focused clinic at CPC-RPA (See here).

Charles Perkins Centre (RPA)

• It is a multidisciplinary clinic that includes Psychiatry, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Sleep medicine, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, Dentistry, and Nursing.
• It takes place once every week on Wednesday afternoons between 1:00-4:30 pm
• The service cares for the needs of the mentally ill in the community; mainly within the Sydney Local Health District (SLDH) catchment.

Concord Hospital Medical Centre

• It is a multidisciplinary clinic that includes Psychiatry, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, Dentistry, and Nursing.
• It takes place every Monday afternoon between 1:00-4:30pm
• The service cares for the needs of the mentally ill in the community; specifically within the Sydney Local Health District (SLDH) catchment.

Referral to CRGH

Community Health Centres

• It is a multidisciplinary clinic that includes Psychiatry, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, and Dentistry.
• It takes place every Friday afternoon between 1:30-4:30pm, each week at a different community service.
• The service cares for the needs of the mentally ill in the community; specifically within the Sydney Local Health District (SLDH) catchment.
